The meeting took place at Chapelford Primary School’s meeting room on 13^th December 2017.

The Chair provided an update for those residents attending on the matter of the field adjacent to Parsonage Way. The Infrastructure Delivery Team at Warrington Borough Council have been asked to amend their estimate for service delivery to include drainage works. It was reiterated that once all reports from WBC have been received, the Parish Council will consider options, costs and feasibility before agreeing a final proposal for public consultation.

At the meeting it was agreed that the Parish Council should submit a funding application to WREN for improvements to the multi-sports area at Tim Parry Recreation Ground.

The Council also agreed to engage Little Superstars to provide a summer playscheme for 2 weeks in August.
